Make Your BE/BEI Elections Now
CMS’ Benefit Enhancement (BE) and Benefit Engagement Incentive (BEI) programs are designed to improve the beneficiary experience and the health outcomes of your patients and to give REACH ACO’s more flexibility in providing care cost-effectively.
November 18, 2022 is the initial CMS deadline for Participant Physicians to indicate their interest in taking part in the BE and BEI programs that are offered by their REACH ACO. Although that deadline is fast-approaching, due to delays at CMS, Jericho has not yet received confirmation from CMS about which programs it is approved to offer.
In order for you not miss the potential to participate in any program, we’ve enrolled all Jericho Participant Providers in all of the programs for now.
What are the implications and next steps of that?
Jericho strongly recommends that you participate in all of the programs.
As a program enrollee, you have the opportunity to participate in it. But, you are not obligated to participate in it. If you would like your enrollment removed from the potential to participate in a program, you may let us know by December 9, 2022 and we will update your status.

After you have reviewed the programs, click here if you would like to get a form to indicate to Jericho on a program-by-program basis which ones you would like to participate in and which ones you choose not to participate in.

You must sign your Jericho REACH Participant Agreement (PA) to be part of Jericho REACH on January 1, 2022. If you haven’t already signed your PA, click here to download, sign and return to jericho@jerichoreach.com.

Jericho REACH is governed and operated by the physicians who participate in it. If you are interested in being a Jericho Board member (there will be a decision process in early 2023) or serving on a Committee (Clinical Transformation/Evidence-Based Medicine; Compliance; Operations, Infrastructure, and Administration; or Compensation/Shared Savings Distribution), please let us know by sending an email to jericho@jerichoreach.com and telling us a bit about your interest and qualifications.
Join Your Colleagues in Spreading the Word About Jericho by Hosting a Dinner
On the ‘Welcome to Jericho’ Zoom call we talked about how important it is to spread the word about Jericho and increase the number of participants. We’re excited that many of you have responded by reaching out your colleagues and friends to share the Jericho story. To better support that outreach, we’re now sponsoring a series of group dinners where you, like-minded local physicians, and members of Jericho’s organizing team get together over a meal. In addition to paying for the dinner, Jericho supports dinner organizers via a template email invitation and making informational content available.
